Greg went above and beyond to find the house that fit my family's needs. He met with us on a Saturday and Sunday to show us houses as we were coming in from out of town. As a first time homebuyer Greg made sure that both my wife and I understood the whole home buying process. Greg kept us updated every step of the way, and made sure that we closed on time. He even went out of his way to fix an issue we had with our utilities. Greg did an excellent job and we are sure to use him in the future.

When getting an agent to begin the process, we needed someone familiar with va loans. We met with our realtor, Greg Chaplin and he stated about 75% of the people he worked with have used VA loans. This made my husband and I more at ease. Getting the inspection done was so easy. Greg scheduled both the local inspector and VA inspection the same week. Back in my home state of Washington, VA inspectors take 2+ weeks to come out so this was awesome! From beginning to end Greg was a rock star. Whenever we sell, we're definitely using him if he's still working.
