Greg was very knowledgeable and understanding in our remote buying process and was so helpful in viewing houses and making offers. Greg was referred to us by a family friend. We could not be any happier with our selection.

Greg was TOP NOTCH. He was referred by Allstate who my mother dealt with for years. Leanne from Allstate highly recommended him. He is the superior of Realtors in Tidewater. He will be my realtor for LIFE! Thank you Greg for making this sale so seamless for me and my family. "What more can I say - GREG was awesome". Sold the home in 24 hours! If you could rate above Superior Service, that is what I would rate for Greg Chaplain! He's the man!

Greg Chaplain did an excellent job at negotiating with the seller, making sure I got the closing date I wanted, and taking care of the inspection and walkthrough. I was not present during any part of the home buying process since I was on the opposite side of the country at the time, but Greg took care of everything and made the process easier than I could have ever imagined. I appreciate his hard work and would recommend him to anyone buying a home.
