He was always quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails, and I appreciated how respectful he was when it came to the six-hour timezone difference. We were six hours behind Virginia time and he made sure not to call us too early in the morning (10am in VA is 4am where we live). He would also take/return our calls even after normal working hours (Thank you, Greg!!). Overall, Greg showed outstanding customer service and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
