The thing we loved about Greg was that he truly cared about our price point to sell our home and maintain that price range. He communicated offers well and on the other side he was also helping us find a new home in very limited inventory. Every time we found a home we wanted to see, Greg was available, as he knew we always had to act quickly. The house we finally found ,Greg masterfully negotiated and got us a home quickly before other buyers piled in . We had numerous experiences where we wanted a certain home but buyers were piling in quite quickly. The house we are moving into is exactly the house we were looking for and Greg landed it for us.
