Greg was incredibly helpful. I needed to find the right house in a hurry and he came through with flying colors. He made the process so easy.

It is great to have a first class agent like Greg Lund who works for the best office in SW Washington handle my transaction. With all the years of Greg Lund's experience you know that your in good hands. He looks out for his customers, knows what to look for so we have a very smooth transaction.

Greg knew our needs, was aware of critical issues and sought to expedite our sale. He even was able to find us a place to “camp out” in our fifth wheel trailer while CDs we awaited the completion of our new home.

We know Greg personally from church. He represents the builder for a home we’re having built, and when it came time to sell our existing home, he was right in top of things, despite needing to list and sell during the COVID-19 lock-down. We’re grateful for his help and know that he’ll be there to help complete the transaction on the new home when it’s finished. Thanks, Greg!

Always very professional, knows the local market better than anyone. Is a very well respected member of the community

I was very happy with Greg Lund while selling my late mother's home. This was the second home Greg has sold for me, and both experiences were very positive. He was enthusiastic about the home even though it had some challenges for potential buyers. He was able to point out its uniqueness, while acknowledging needed repairs. This sale required communication between us, the buyers, and also contractors for necessary repairs. Greg's history and contacts in Chehalis were valuable. I felt like we were in good hands with Greg, and I trusted him to navigate some complications for us. it took some negotiation, and he made the sale happen. I enthusiastically recommend Greg Lund to anyone who needs to sell, or buy, a home.
