Greg Pinns is the consummate professional. Marketing through Social Media, MLS, even reaching out to the neighbors near the property I was selling for possible leads. He Sold it fast . I appreciate his motivation to get things done. I referred Greg to family in the recent past and with much success, that property sold quickly. I highly recommend Greg Pinns to anyone in the market to buy or sell .

As usual, Greg was a pleasure to work and helped execute a successful sales plan with outstanding results. I would highly recoommend Greg's services to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Greg sold our town house in Mount Prospect so fast! And supported us throughout the whole process.

This is the second time I've used Greg Pinns for my realty needs. He is always responsive and available for questions. He was helpful throughout the entire home buying process. He pays attention to the details and explains everything in plain language. I would definitely recommend Greg!

Greg went above and beyond for us. And we were referred to him by a family member, and he also went above and beyond for them too.

I’m a first time home buyer and I owe Huge thanks to Greg and everyone involved! Me and Greg had been looking for a house together for more than a year! Toured many many houses. Through all of them Greg did an amazing job informing me with his past experiences on similar houses and the pros and cons if the house was a right fit for me. If it wasn’t for him giving me valid judgment on the houses I would have 10/10 been stuck with a house I regretted. He was always looking out for me considering how many bids we put in and got denied or lost them. The anxiousness was there, but he made sure I was making the right decision instead of making me impulse buy for the quick sale. It doesn’t end there with him looking out for me. So we had finally found a house that was perfect! Till last minute it was not. It needed some work that Greg and our attorney made 100% sure it would get done. Greg had my back & will have yours too! Thank you Greg!

As first time homebuyers, we had very little knowledge on how to buy. Greg Pinns was the first agent to take his time to explain important details to us and teach us about the process. It was clear he cared that we understood the big picture and were armed with knowledge whether we continued with him or not. He was very patient with all our questions, worked really hard to get us into showings quickly, and spent many hours of his time digging into listings, hours of phone calls helping us navigate and providing guidance. Greg never lacked effort and stuck with us through the ups and downs of the competitive market, helping us land our first beautiful home! There is no doubt that Greg Pinns is a true professional who cares about his clients and their needs. 10/10 would recommend!

Greg was wonderful to work with and did a great job helping throughout the process of selling our house!
