I can't recommend Greg Pinns enough! From the very beginning, he was professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. His communication was impeccable—he always kept us informed and promptly answered all our questions, no matter how small. Greg truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond!

Greg understood what I was looking for based on style & location. He delivered more than once, we just were outbid on properties. Property I ended up buying is perfect for my needs. He was always available via text or phone. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Love working with Greg. He always goes the extra mile and is a true professional!

We have worked with Greg on two home sales and he has but nothing but helpful and professional every time. Greg is great at paying attention to your needs and being there for you during negotiations.

Greg is the most conscientious agent that we have ever worked with and we will only work with him in the future. As our listing agent, he took care of everything and guided us completely through the process. He was responsive and frequently communicated and checking in as we dealt with a several issues with the Seller and their lender. He was instrumental in saving the deal that seemed like it was falling apart. I am forever grateful for his knowledge and expertise and highly recommend him for anyone who is seriously looking to sell or find a home. He truly is the very best in real estate and one of the nicest people I know.

Greg Pinns was always very professional in all aspects of our purchase. He was available to take calls, texts or emails anytime, day, night or the weekend. He was very communicative! He did not rush phone conversations at any time. He always made sure we understood everything and always made sure all of our questions were answered. If he didn't have the answer right away, he always told us he would find out and when to expect a call from him with the answer. He was always polite, friendly and went the extra mile! We would strongly recommend anyone in that area to use Greg Pinns as their realtor! We believe that in our short term relationship, it will continue to be a long lasting friendship.
