Obviously, Greg is a business person and the idea is to make money, having said that, Greg's priority was making sure I would be happy with whichever property I ultimately ended up buying. Greg walked me through every detail, spent considerable time with me going over the positives and negatives of each condo we looked at, and prioritized my satisfaction with the property over all else. I wanted to make certain, to the best of my ability, that whatever I bought would be a sound investment which would be attractive to buyers in the future. Greg clearly explained his opinions specific to every property we visited, both from a realtor's perspective and from a buyer's perspective, and then detailed why he would or would not buy it based on two things: what he knew was important to me in a home, and what he thought a future buyer might like or dislike.
