Gretchen kept us informed the whole time our property was listed. Great communication. Researched the value of our lot in the market. The whole process went very well. She was very helpful the whole time.

We met Gretchen from a friend referral. What a wonderful, dedicated agent she is. Really, she went above and beyond. We are first time homebuyers and are so lucky we had her there to advise, educate and listen to us. Gretchen is a friendly, outgoing and fun woman!

Gretchen was very helpful finding our new home. She reached out to us several times before we came to Texas to be sure she had the right houses lined up for us. We were only in Texas for a week and she was able to show us multiple houses and when we wanted to circle back to look at a couple of them again, she was very accommodating. We couldn't be more happy with her service and knowledge. Plus, we love our new home and can't wati to move in!!!

Gretchen was very patient and diligent in the pursuit of my new home. For over a year we looked at many different homes and she was adamant on finding the perfect one for me. I will be recommending Gretchen to all of my friends and family who are looking for homes in the DFW area!

Gretchen was instrumental in researching, viewing and guiding us in our purchase process and final decisions. She was patient and professional while we carefully researched the the DFW Real Estate market for the best home in the best location!

Gretchen was incredible asset for an out of town seller. She made many trips to the property and went above an beyond what I expected an agent to do for me. Which I really appreciated. She is extremely congenial and friendly. Very accessible. Her selling style was much more appropriate and effective than what I originally had in mind. I had a plan, but hers was better. This is because of her knowledge, experience, and expertise in the local market. Gretchen got the successful results that I wanted. My advice would be to hire Gretchen Greco and do whatever she tells you to do. Let the expert do her thing. You will be happy that you did. Worth every penny.

Gretchen Greco is delightful to work with. She is friendly, engaging, a good listener and a skillful communicator. When we initially considered putting our rental property on the open market, she offered several pre-listing strategies for consideration, but recognized that our desire to complete the sale as soon as possible, and the buyer's desire to own the home he had been renting from us was a win-win for both parties. I appreciated the ease of signing the listing and contract documents securely online. Gretchen kept the paperwork moving and answered or found the answers to any questions I had in the process. She was always accessible by phone and her email communications were very well-written and clear. Gretchen Greco is a gifted realtor and client service professional who clearly loves helping people find a home or sell their property. I recommend her services without reservation.

Gretchen Greco is a well thought out individual, her connection with us was knowledgeable, timeless and professional. When faced with challenges she never backed down, she went all in full force and met the need. I will be contacting Gretchen for future needs and recommending her to all my coworkers, friends and family.

I used Agent Finder as I started down the process of buying a new home. I was paired with several, but not only did Gretchen email me, she called me promptly, introduced herself and her practice and her incredible personality made the decision to work with her extremely easy. With light a doubt, Gretchen went above and beyond. After visiting me in my home and learning exactly what I was looking for, my home search consisted of 1 day of showings and leveraging her extensive knowledge and experience to secure a loan, build a competitive offer and secure a contract in a matter of hours… on a weekend, no less! I have purchased 3 homes and been close to others throughout their home-buying processes. Gretchen is hands down the BEST agent I have ever worked with. I felt like I was part of a team in this process. I could not have asked for more.

My experience with Gretchen Greco was all positive. She was very knowledgeable and was very supportive and made the house selling process as easy as possible. She was always available to answer questions and to clarify any terms and paperwork that came to me.
