She was knowledgeable about the market, had immediate recommendations for contractors who performed good work, and answered my many questions promptly and without fail. Her suggested list price was spot-on, and I felt that she was considerate of my perspective throughout. I can't recommend her more strongly, except to say that I have recommended her to friends, as well. As a first-time seller, I had many questions about the process. Gretchen was available, knowledgeable to the point that every concern was addressed, and I encountered no surprises as she prepared me for listing, inspection, and closing. Seasoned sellers and buyers will find Gretchen to be a reliable professional while first-timers like myself will find a patient and effective realtor. When I told Gretchen that my inherited home lacked insurance, she immediately rose from her seat, met with someone in the office, and 30 minutes later I had coverage.
