The level of service that I experienced with Gretchen Umberger was of the highest quality! She went way beyond and above what one could possibly expect of a Realtor. It has been a genuine pleasure to work with her. Libby Jones, the seller's agent and Ms. Blenderman, the office manager, were also informed and exceptional people with which to deal. Gretchen's knowledge of the industry, the local market and the business climate was exceptional. Both the sale of my previous home and the acquisition of my current home went more smoothly that I could have anticipated. All the Gary Greene personnel contributed to the seamless progression of what could have been traumatic events!

Gretchen was very friendly and worked hard to sell my house. I got the exact price I was looking for. She also was very informed and communicated all aspects of the sale as it happened. I would use her anytime!
