I could not have asked for a better realator. Hamchetou made me feel confident in every decision that had to make. If I was ever unsure she would always point me in the right direction or do her best to find an answer. I am so confident in my desision and excited to move into my new home thanks to Hamchetou.

I am incredibly grateful for all the time, effort, and expertise Hamchetou invested in helping me find my humble place. From the very beginning, she listened to my wants and read through my reactions seeing exactly what spoke to me and rather the homes that didn’t lol. And the moment we got to my new home it gave me the exact feeling she described that I was missing at the other homes. She was always there to answer my questions, address my worries, and navigate any challenges that came our way with grace and professionalism. Her thorough knowledge of the market and warmth made my decision feel well-informed, and like I was in great hands. She made what was definitely an overwhelming experience feel manageable. I’m glad my friend was able to connect us. I won’t hesitate to continue the chain and recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor and will be sure to keep her in mind for any future real estate needs. Thank you endlessly Hamchetou

Hamchetou Maiga Ba made the selling of our home simple, she was very thorough explaining the market and how best to sell our house. She guided us from listing our house to closing (selling our house). We are thankful we had Hamchetou as our agent, she is professional, honest and caring. Thank you Hamchetou for all your help!

Hamchetou is such a warm thoughtful person who is also stellar at what she does, we really couldn't have asked for a better agent. Thank you Hamchetou, you'll be well recommended.

Hamchetou was great. She really fought for us to get the best deal at all times. She's also very organized and laid out the house buying process very clearly for us. She was a great reference and resources for whenever we were confused.

Hamchetou was kind, extremely patient and always available. Her performance and commitment to helping my family find a home, exceeded all of our expectations!

Hamchetou Maiga Ba had been so helpful to us in selecting the best investment. Well, a place or investment is not always perfect but at least we were able to easily work things out through Hamchee’s help. She’s been patient in joining us on the open houses that she searched and we searched as well. Upon closing, we had a little misunderstanding with the seller that ended up with a good negotiation, thanks to Hamchee for guiding us on the process. Took us a year searching but it’s all worth it. Another plus is open houses during pandemic is kind of difficult but Hamchee had been with us all the way. She’s highly recommended.

Hamchetou was amazing, kind, thoughtful and a big support. We are so thankful to have worked with her. She made navigating the home buying experience within a pandemic feel lighter despite all the challenges. She was helpful and respectful and paid attention to what we asked for and then knew what we were looking for without asking. She's honest, caring, and helpful. We could not have done it without her expertise and support along the way. We will always remember Hamchetou Maiga Ba!!! Exit Realty is LUCKY to have her! we would recommend her any day!!
