I was able to tell her how I felt and she never made me feel like I asked stupid questions(if she thought it was, she was very GOOD at hiding it, LOL. she replied with clarity; I could understand the explanations. Heather is extremely knowledgeable about property values and local markets. She was right on in her recommendations and was so patient when the market was slow. She held out for a good offer and got us top price for our house in the current market. It took 9 months but Heather never lost her enthusiasm for the property and kept working hard on the marketing. We were very impressed with her efforts and professionalism. We would definitely use her again if we had another house to sell and recommend her to anyone who will listen.

My wife and have had not so good experiences with Realtors we have dealt with in the past, So we were a little spectacle going into our home buying. We seen one of Heather's signs in front of a house one evening when we were driving around and decided to call her and have her show us a house in the town we were renting in. We met Heather and even though the house we looked at didn't grab us we both walk away saying " we want her to be our realtor". So we started looking and once we found a house we liked we called her and then next thing we know she is walking us hand in hand through the home buying experience. She works hard to make buying a home as easy and stress free as she can. She worked on our schedule and spent a few late nights on the phone making sure we fully understood what we were signing and the next step.
