She was very thorough explaining to us what she expected of us to get the property ready for photos and showings.The photographers she used displayed the features of our property in a way that exceeded what I had hoped for. Heather let me know when I needed to schedule tests and inspections and the time frames I needed to get them accomplished. An unexpected issue arose with our vehicle the day we were leaving, which meant I was unable to finish the cleaning. Heather came out and finished that for me and also turned on the furnace. We did have some issues with the closing which was delayed by a month. During this time Heather was in contact we me by either phone, email, or text updating me with the progress.
