Heather Wherley went out of her way for us during the entire process! We got an offer while we were away on a 30 plus day adventure and she made it so simple for to enjoy our trip while knowing it was under contract! I wouldn't use anyone else in the Prescott area!!!

Heather went above and beyond on this purchase. I live on the East cost currently to be a transplant to Arizona. The time differece and COVID restrictions we challenging to say the least. We took about a year to find what we were looking for and Heather never gave up on us. She continued to send me information and listings along with the personal walk through videos of several different homes. Heather continues to assist even after the closing date, by helping to keep an eye on the home till I can get out there in October, many people would not do that. Heather Wherley is the one you must choose. Don't bother looking for any other realtor to help you sell your house. Another agent had told me that the property could not be sold "as-is". Heather Wherley, on the other hand, not only did she say she could sell it as-is, but she also sold it for over ask. She had multiple buyers lined up and sold the property in less than a week. When I have need to buy or sell another property in the Prescott area, I will definitely be working with Heather Wherley and her team.
