A good friend recommended Heather Wherley, and when we met Heather and talked with her, we knew she was right for us. We've had bad experiences in past relationships with realtors, so we knew what we wanted, and we sure got that and more with Heather. Heather is an excellent communicator and listened to our concerns. She priced our home perfectly. We listened to her suggestions and did what she said, and our house sold in three days. Heather held our hands throughout the process and also had an assistant who kept us posted on what was happening. Heather went way above and beyond what is traditionally expected of a realtor. She was committed to doing whatever was needed to make this process smooth and easy for us. For example, we had problems with our Amerigas account. We couldn't reach them by phone. Heather found us a contact who was able to resolve our issue. Heather also was willing to make a special trip to our house to help resolve this problem. Thankfully, it was not required. This whole process was made easy and fast because we had Heather as our agent. We've had bad experiences before, so we know she is exceptional, and we thank heaven we got her to represent us. We also feel we made a new friend in Heather. She is caring and warm, and while she is very professional and businesslike, she also made us feel like we were people she cared about personally. I wish we could have taken her with us to Georgia to help us find a new house! But, guess what? She found us a realtor by interviewing some of the local realtors, and we are excited about meeting this new agent she suggested. When we go speak to her, I will feel better than if we picked someone randomly from a phone book. Heather earned every penny of her commission and made our move so much easier. We highly recommend her! Last time we sold a house, a friend was our agent. She was a nice person, but totally incompetent and not all that honest and open with us about the process. It was a nightmare. We were a bit gunshy as a result. Heather was a rare combination of someone who is efficient, organized and competent beyond belief, yet warm and friendly. She made us feel like we could have been friends. I personally feel it is rare to find a person who is efficient and organized and at the same time warm and caring. Usually you get one or the other, or maybe neither. With Heather, we got both: incredibly efficient and effective, while being personable and warm. I was so impressed I feel bad we've left the area and won't have a chance to become better acquainted with her. My husband and I both give her our highest recommendation. I personally find it intimidating, all the things that have to be done to sell a house. Heather made it easier by explaining every step and telling us what we needed to do. She helped remove anxiety that comes from not knowing. The stress level of a move generally rates up there with death and divorce, but Heather took charge of every step of the process so we didn't have to do that much. And we were able to focus on the things we needed to do to move. The whole experience literally could not have been any easier or more pleasant! Lisa was knowledgeable, efficient and a super communicator.

My land purchase with Heather Wherley didn't go as smooth as it could have, to no fault to Heather but she followed up and handled everything with excellence!

Already felt confident with Heather's abilities prior to meeting with her, due to the sale of house next door, that had previously sat with other agents. After meeting with her, my confidence in her ability to sell my house was confirmed, with her sound strategy and plan on how to move forward with the process. Heather's enthusiasm was infectious! Within 48 hours of my property being placed on the market there were four bids in place, and within another 48 hours one of those bids was confirmed as viable and another bid was placed as a back up. With both bids above asking price and quite acceptable, one can not argue with Heather's results. Definitely would recommend Heather.

Heather is very thorough and knowledgeable of the area and how to properly list the property to attract buyers. She has given us some helpful information to make our current house more marketable when we list it. We are planning on having her help us with our next listing.
