Working with Heidi was an outstanding experince from start to finish. Her communication was exceptional, she kept us informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond during the entire process. She has great knowledge of the Virginia Beach market. For some years we used The Real Estate Group (TREG) to manage our rental property. When we decided to sell it, TREG referred us to Heidi Oglesby. Heidi was a perfect choice! She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and responsive! From start to finish, she made the entire home buying/selling process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. She went above and beyond as our listing agent, helping coordinate repairs, updates, and pre-listing prep to get the home fully market-ready. Her communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. She also had our home professionally staged, which added value and helped the home show beautifully. Thanks to Heid’s insight, strategy, and marketing plan, we received had two offers in 3 days, both above our asking price! If you are looking for an experienced listing agent who is professional, reliable, and will hustle for you, I highly recommend Heidi Oglesby. She delivered!

What a valuable asset to have Heidi on your team for all buying or selling needs. I couldn't recommend a better realtor. I'm thankful that our paths crossed almost 5 years ago! Thank you for all your efforts!

After a year of searching, I found my place thanks to Heidi, and the process was so much better because she was in my corner. What stood out first was how she protected my interests, not just the sale. We toured dozens of places and wrote three offers. Each time one fell through, she kept me calm, positive, and ready for the next one without ever pressuring me. Her attention to detail is unreal. During a walk-thru she heard a faint drip in the crawlspace that I completely missed. That catch turned into a $5k seller repair. This is the kind of agent you want. I'm a question person, and I probably asked hundreds. Some were oddly specific and she either knew the answer or got one within an hour. She is incredibly organized, knows the local market cold, and always explained the why behind her advice. Heidi also connected me with a property manager and a few other trusted vendors, which made moving in seamless. I never felt like "just another client". Call her, you will thank me.

Heidi was so amazing! From our first meeting she had so much knowledge on mobile homes, condos, and townhomes. She was able to help me, a first time homebuyer understand the process and the pros and cons of each. Through the whole process she was so responsive about any questions I had and even after we had already settled into my new home. She was able to give me options on lenders, loans, and really went to bat for me during negotiations. I recommend Heidi to everyone thinking about buying and selling a home!

Heidi was an outstanding agent to work with. Our first meeting she arrived with enthusiasm and a well thought out plan. She very successfully executed her plan with great results. She was always available and responded to numerous questions in a timely fashion. She is the best realtor I have worked with in Hampton Roads. Highly recommend Heidi for all your real estate needs.
