10 out of 10 I can't say enough about how well my wife and I were treated by Heidi Oglesby. She put in so much work, she was always on time, she was timely with responses to the infinite amount of questions/concerns we had, she was patient and kind and understanding throuughout the entire process. She truly understood our needs and worked so hard to make sure we got what we were looking for. Even when we got down or frustrated, her spirits remained high and together we were able to purchase the perfect home for our family. She fought for us, she negotiated on our behalf, she truly was on our team the entire time. Her knowledge and experience in real estate was evident. She had almost every answer and if she didn't, she obtained the answer we needed. I can't endorse her enough. 10 out of 10. 100 out of 10.
