Heidi was amazing! She moved some things around and brought gorgeous flowers and the video and photos she did made me almost want to keep the house they looked so stunning! Very helpful with every aspect of sale and even cleaned up some things for me when I couldn't be there. Had great contractor to quickly and affordably make some fixes requested by buyer that could have cost a fortune had I tried to get done on my own. She even set me up with an agent in Hawaii where I was moving! An absolute pleasure to work with and have recommended and will continue to recommend to everyone in the area!

Heidi Oglseby was very knownledgeable with helping us buying and selling our home. She works great with miltary workers and families. She is wonderful with VA loans and the process that goes with it. When it came to open houses she was open and flexible with the schedules. I would recommend her because she goes above and beyond. She made sure that everyone understood the process with the buying and selling procedures of the home. She ensured that she did her research with the home and that the price was affordable.

We had the best experience with Heidi as our realtor. From the start of our home search she was always there for us to answer any questions. Heidi is very knowledgeable from contract details to house materials/quality which was important for us as we were buying while living in another state. The virtual tours Heidi gave us were excellent. During the whole process we never felt rushed and she always let us know what our next steps were. She was direct and to the point and her advice to us was always spot on. We felt 100% comfortable in her hands and couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

Heidi helped me navigate the offer process, quickly and effectively drafted and sent offers, and secured me the best possible deal on my new house. She was diligent, thoughtful, and has made me feel cared about even long after the deal was closed. I am extremely happy and have recommended her to anyone I see in need of an agent.

Heidi is absolutely amazing and is extremely attentive, understanding, knowledgeable and a fantastic source from a first time home buyer perspective. She went above and beyond for us and we can't thank her enough!

Heidi was extremely helpful in selling my house. Working with her before, I had no doubt that I would be in amazing hands. No matter the speed bumps large or small, she navigated them with and for me to get my house sold. She always communicated when there was good or bad news and gave me options and recommendations on how best to move forward. I will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for a stellar Realtor and will definitely be using her again when i'm back in the area!

One of the most important characteristics I appreciate from Heidi is how much she communicates. Nothing was a secret. She also was very flexible with developing ideas and making them happen.
