She seemed like some one who worked hard to sell houses. A very friendly and trust worthy person. Good sales lady. Always let us know what was coming up and what to do. Really made you feel welcome. To sum things up... Hella Rominger always acted, dressed and looked professional no matter when you would see her. Always willing to give good advice.

Hella has been our one and only contact for real estate in Ormond Beach since we first met her in 2014. She sold our first house and now our second house. She is highly dependable and knowledgeable when it comes to Ormond-by-the-Sea. She has always been extremely accommodating whenever we have called on her. We now consider her a friend and will continue to use Hella for any future interest when we return to Ormond. Considering the fact that this sale occurred during Covid-19; I would have to say that it all went rather smoothly. I would recommend Hella to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. We have had a very positive experience. Our overall experience was pleasant and painless again considering the time frame in which this house sold-Covid-19.

Hella has a pleasant personality, is very professional and can be a strong negotiator when needed. She knows OBS and I consider her a friend. I have recommended her to others!

Hella was professional in every way possible during the listing and sale of my condo. Hella is the very BEST give her an award!!!

Hella worked with us endlessly to find the home right for us. She understood our multiple needs, desires and preferences. Communication with her via email, text and phone was effortless - she was always quick to respond and provided needed information up front. We don't expect to move locally again, but if we do, we will definitely recommend her. Likewise, we will recommend her to all of our friends needing a realtor in the area. Top notch! Hella was fantastic with the offer on the home we purchased. After the inspection, she successfully negotiated a price reduction to cover issues found. We were also very pleased that she joined us for closing at the title agency's office.

Hella went above and beyond in servicing our listing. My mother in law passed and the family was dealing with an estate situation. Hella was knowledgeable in all aspects of representing an estate property and the special needs we had as absentee owners living 800+ miles away. Hella has all the qualities you could want in an agent; knowledgeable, trustworthy, vigilant, a strong negotiator and caring. I strongly recommend Hella to represent any of your real estate needs!

Hella was great to deal with! She has a wealth of knowledge concerning the real estate business, housing & the housing market and the local area. She made buying a home enjoyable.

Hella was awesome! She was very patient helping us find our first home. She stayed engaged throughout the whole process and guided us when we had any questions.
