3400 Oceanshore was a second home. We live out of state and have not personally met Hella. After speaking with Hella from out of state we felt very comfortable with her. Hella provided a accurate market analysis to allow us to set the selling price. Hella proactively collected necessary information from the home owners association saving us time. She inspected the work of the contractor we had assigned to perform cosmetic repair and reported the progress. She recommended the best option to dispose off of entire contents of our condo. At our request she disconnected the cable box and returned it. She reviewed the closing documents to assure we were charged the appropriate amount of HOA dues.
