Holly's knowledge and experience working with co-op units in Laguna Woods was essential in my understanding of the local market and ability to make the best decisions in listing and selling my property. Holly provided crystal clear advice and communication in guiding me through all the steps for getting the property ready for market, negotiating the complex co-op association rules, dealing with contractors and prospective buyers and ultimately the final sale and closing. I highly recommend Holly for any potential buyer or seller looking for help and guidance with the local real estate market.
