Hudson Floyd is as good as they come! Thank you!

Hudson Floyd was great to work with, he helped find a new house and helped us sell our previous house. He kept us informed and was there if we had any questions. I consider him a great agent and friend.

Best Realtor I’ve worked with ever

Hudson Floyd knows the market, is great and delivered! The two most important things were: 1. Your record in the neighborhood 2. You were not pushy

An absolute rockstar communicator and customer service expert! Highly recommend for any sale or purchase! Painless showings, scheduling and transactions! Can’t say enough about how enjoyable he made this experience! He has a true talent for customer service!

Hudson is a seasoned professional well versed in the market. I purchased several investment properties with the Hudson’s guidance over 13 years ago. If was a pleasure to return to such a consummate professional when I wanted to sell one of my properties. Hudson ‘s professionalism and work ethic made the process of making ready for sale, selling extremely easy. As an out of state investor, working with a realtor I can trust, who is direct and efficient made the transaction smooth and easy. I would recommend Hudson to anyone seeking to purchase a new home or an investment property.

Daily, Hudson communicated new listings that met my criteria for buying a new home. His made himself available for showings and was willing to spend large blocks of time with me as I was new to the area and had only a small window of time to view homes. He was patient with all my questions, always providing helpful and educational answers. If he didn’t have an answer, he said so, but always got back with me once he had an answer. He was efficient with the showings, maximizing the number of homes we could view in the shortest time possible. I would absolutely recommend Hudson Floyd to anyone needing a real estate agent. He was excellent!

Hudson was very professional and helpful throughout this process. He knew the market well and got us a great price for the home. I would definitely use Hudson again.

I used Hudson Floyd years ago and kept his contact information due to his level of professionalism, knowledge, patience and skills. Hudson is very patient with you and makes sure to put your needs and concerns at the top of the list. Hudson and his team work hard together as a buyer or seller agent and will make sure all your areas of concerns are met. Hudson and his team worked tirelessly for me on multiple home sales/purchases. Hudson was available to me either by phone, text or email.....even after hours and on the weekends. I tried to be mindful of when to contact him however but sometimes issues presented themselves outside of normal hours.
