Ily Munoz

Ily is a consummate pro. She knows the area, it's needs and selling requirements. She is consistently joyous in her mood and demeanor. She priced the home fairly and was always super clear in her communication as she managed us through the entire process. I trusted her and that says a lot these days.

We've had the pleasure to work with Ily on buying and selling our property. On the sales side of the property, Ily brought a wealth of experience and clearly indicated areas we needed to resolve prior to listing and what looked great already. She clearly communicated at every level of the process and added a human element to the entire experience. Buying and selling a home is an emotional process and she didn't shy away from that. Through her expertise she guided us on what needed to be accomplished and set clear targets for us to work toward. Because of her guidance, we went from list to under contract in 72-hours. Although every property may have different outcomes, this is a testament to her go-to market strategy and house preparation strategy. Honestly, we can't say enough great things about Ily and her team! We were moving out of state and they ensured the process was as easy as possible on us. Ily and team, we appreciate each of you very much! Thank you for all of your help.
