Exceeded expectations. Irene is a get her hands dirty type of realtor (in a good way). I needed bushes trimmed and couldn't do because of allergies. She ended up finding someone to do it at a fraction of what my landscaper charged. Just in case they couldn't do it in time, she brought work clothes and bush trimmer with her. Plenty of other examples of her going above and beyond, but that stuck out to me the most.

Irene Moser went above and beyond to make this sale happen. It was a turn-key unit, she knowing I did not want the furniture/furnishings took it upon herself to purchase all items and remove the furniture/furnishings. The Association scheduled a roof repair, the seller's agent should have been the contact - Irene not only scheduled the roof repair but stayed in the unit the full day while the contractors were in the unit.
