We ran out of time and weren't able to disassemble the workbench that my grandfather had built to bring home - something that was very important to us. Irene located a storage unit and arranged for the work bench to be moved there - safe until we can pick it up. Now that's service!

I met Irene when she knocked on my dads door. She was new to the business and had an open house down the block. It two years for me to get my credit into shape and Irene was with me all the way. I met Irene when I was selling my house "By Owner." She stopped by and gave me some info, and then when the hurricane hit she reached out to see if my family and I were ok. I really appreciated that and decided to list with her. After that she reached out occasionally and was always very sweet. When we sold the house everyone was very happy, so when we decided to buy another home, I knew she would be the one to use. She was efficient and prepared. We had been looking casually for a few months and within an afternoon with her found the house we wanted. She dealt with the agent and handled any problems that came up (and there were a few).
