Irene is one of a kind. She is a broker who clearly understands that her talents don't need to end at the water's edge. Most brokers are interested in only selling your house--issues related to maintenance, upkeep, inspection--cleanouts--are often referred back to the seller. Irene was well aware of the challenges my family and I faced--being out of town--and she went above and beyond in helping us market and sell my mother's property. She is an absolute gem, to the Cape Coral/Fort Myers community and the real estate industry. I don't know what we would have done without her guidance, assistance, and drive. She will always have a friend in Texas!!!

Irene was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond her duties. She helped us in every way.

Irene is not only the hardest working Realtor I've met. She is also a dear person and a great friend throughout the whole transaction process. She really understands the business and went to extra effort to get my house marketed properly.

We've sold a number of houses, and Irene is by fired. The best agent we have ever had. She's an excellent communicator and goes above and beyond all other realtors to help you with the sale of your house. We had to move before the house was sold and Irene just took over. She checked the house every few weeks. She met with contractors out there to finish some repairs and she took total ownership of the property as if it were her own.

Irene is amazing. We bought our first & only florida home from Irene & she was so very helpful, knowledgeable & professional that when it was time to sell our commercial building Irene was the only call we made. Irene had the building sold within an hour to the first call she made & got us more money than we were asking for in the deal. Irene truly cares about each & every person she is a realtor for & makes the buying & selling expereince top notch & uncomplicated in what has become a very complicated process in Florida. We now have our home for sale with Irene & she has received so many compliments on the pictures of our home & the wonderful marketing package she put together for prospective buyers. Florida is hard market to be in right now if you are a seller but if anyone can get the deal closed it's Irene! We honestly can't thank you enough for everything you have done for us that is so very much beyond what is expected or given from anyone else & It's Just NORMAL for you!
