I could not be more pleased with how Irene handled every aspect of this sale. Her knowlwdge and communication exceeded my expectations. She is very professional and personable. I would recommend her without hesition.

I needed to move because of medical reasons for myself and my wife. Irene supervised the preparation for for us to move out to an assisted living facility. Irene took care of emptying the house and then staging the house for sale. I only had to care for my wife.

Thank you so much, Irene! You are so knowledgeable and truly helped me sell my house quickly and really cared about my needs. Thank you!

Irene Moser is THE most dedicated real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I have bought/ sold 5 homes. She stayed dedicated through the MANY places we looked at and offered her knowledgeable opinion on the good and bad. She took my elderly mom's requirements into all considerations to ensure safety in a home. Irene professionally worked with the seller's agent to ensure all required matters were attended to before closing. Her knowledge of the area, properties, flood zones, insurance, and all the good companies to use for inspections and repairs were invaluable!!! I could not have done this without her. Thank you Irene!!

Property was extremely difficult and challenging due to troubles with builder. However, Irene represented me each step of the way. She went beyond the normal duties of a realtor. Always stepped in and guided me during problems with builder and stepped in when needed to rectify various problems. I can't say enough about Irene. Her grit and fortitude each and everyday. Thank you Irene for everything!!
