Ismael Estrada, was very knowledgeable of Middlesex County and specifically Piscataway. We looked at several properties in the area, made several offers and were outbid on properties that sold for over appraised value. Ismael Estrada was very focused on our budget and we finally found a property we loved and because of his negociation skills, we were able to buy it for $8,000 (3%) under asking.

Very good Real estate agent
