There was never anythinbg we needed that Jacki did not handle quickly and proffesionally for the most part she was ahead so we didn't even need to ask.

i would use jacki again if I were to buy again. she answered all of my quesitons promptly and accurately. I had to sell my house because I was building another and she got it sold.

Jacki Thurman is very helpful in any real estate matters. she was always there to answer questions & and was very nice dealing with our short sale even tho it took 3 times befor house sold but she was encouraging that things will work out ... i got very excited on this final closing & she just smiled said im here if any questions. she was always available even if she was not in office she got back with me. i would recommend Jacki to any one with real estate matters rather buying or selling your home.
