Jackie is a dear and trusted friend. Something that we hold of utmost importance.

Jackie is honest, fair and diligent to make sure she has the best interest of her clients at heart and that matters to me! Brittany Darby was fabulous and flexible to meet my needs the entire time!

Jackie was able to get me a full ask cash offer and so I was able to move on and buy the dream property I wanted! She did a lot of research/discussions behind the scenes so we didn't have to go back and forth with buyers and I could make confident decisions on offers. So I appreciated that. Pictures were amazing as well. Loved the ability to confirm showings by text/email and loved getting feedback - got me excited.

Jackie is extremely personable and knowledgeable of her business. Available and had quick responses to all my questions. We will never use anyone else. Our home literally sold in the first showing. We can not express or gratitude for Jackie walking us through all details of selling and buying a home. Savannah is awesome as well!

I highly recommend Jackie Darby for job well done. Jackie returned calls and answered all questions for us. If she didn't know the answer, she knew exactly who to call for answers. Jackie deligently worked for us as buyers to negotiate on our behalf to the seller. She worked hard on both sides of the deal. Her expertise made for a smooth transaction. Many thanks!

We have completed our own personal home sales FSBO in the past, but this time we lacked expertise, time, and emotional energy to deal with selling my parents’ home after dad passed away. Jackie was wonderful to work with. We appreciate her compassion and knowledge base - super friendly but perfectly professional. We also LOVED working with Savannah - great communication, super quick and responsive to our questions and concerns, professional, and so so kind. Always on top of things. Jackie and Savannah made a very difficult and complicated personal journey simpler and a little bit sweeter. Above and beyond!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

Jackie was there for me right at the start, after making my first call about one of her listings she met me there within the hour and proceeded to show two additional properties. She worked with my timeline and busy schedule at all times. Communication was great and so was all her advice and experience. I would high recommend Jackie to anyone and plan on using her services in the future.
