We just finished our third round of buying and selling homes for us personally and for close family members with Jake Schneider and couldn't be happier. Jake helped us pull together an amazing sales and marketing plan, stayed close with us through the process and achieved a result better than we thought! We will use Jake Schnieder again!

Jake was unbelievably kind and professional. He gave excellent advice so we could get top dollar for the property. The unit was sold in less than 5 days and closed within a month. I couldn't recommend Jake enough, truly a wonderful person!

We had an excellent experience working with Jake to sell our home. From the beginning, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. He guided us through every step of the process with confidence and made the experience feel smooth and manageable. Jake’s marketing strategy was spot-on and our home was presented beautifully and attracted strong interest right away. He communicated clearly and consistently, keeping us informed, and answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. We highly recommend Jake to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Jake went above and beyond! We were out of town when the showings took place and we had a couple of issues that ended up needing to be addressed. He took care of them immediately! Highly recommend Jake to everyone! Thank you, Jake!!

I have no notes for Jake. He is incredibly knowledge, communicated clearly & promptly anytime needed, was always available and eager to help, went above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend him anytime I get a chance and he'd be my first call if I ever decided to move again.

Jake is so knowledgeable about the real estate market. We are thrilled with how things went with sale process of our home. We received two separate competitive offers on our home the very first day the home was listed. Our house sold for well over asking price and we closed within one month.

Jake was helpful in getting my house prepped for sale and ultimately brought an off market buyer. Communication was proactive and the entire process went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Jake was great to work with from start to finish. Communication couldn't have been better and he was great about fitting in showings, etc. We were first time home buyers and he made the whole process very easy. Would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

We simply cannot recommend Jake enough! From start to finish he was the most knowledgeable, professional, honest and down to earth friend and guide we needed throughout this entire process. He came highly recommended to us by multiple friends and we are so lucky to have worked with him. He’s organized, has incredible response time, and really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted. We never felt like a burden and always felt he was putting us first. We also loved how honest he was during every showing and pointing out things we’d love and even things to be mindful of to make sure we knew what we’d be getting into. He was extremely knowledgable with how to create a competitive offer and even more so as he’s been helping us list our current home. He thinks ahead and prepares us for every step and we could not be more grateful. Night and day difference from past realtors we have worked with. THANK YOU, JAKE!! You will be a lifelong contact, resource and friend!!

Jake is great. He's knowledgeable about the business of selling a home, super accessible and responsive. He gives 110% with transparency and listens to the needs of his client. He gets it! Thanks Jake.
