Jacob Simon

Jacob was amazing. He was very responsive to us and walked us through the entire process of buying our first home. It was critical for us to understand how the process worked in order to move forward at some parts and we really appreciated his availability to us. With a stressful offer situation(for us deciding), he guided us through seamlessly. He had the local recommendations for inspectors which was helpful, and was great at negotiations. We appreciated his willingness to pick up the phone and answer all of our crazy questions. Our first time homebuying process was the best one we could have had due to having Jacob as our realtor. I would 100% recommend Jacob to anyone looking for a home. Happy to have worked with him and will again if we ever move!

Jacob is a true realtor who will go above and beyond to meet your expectations. I would recommend him to all my family if they were close by. If you are looking for professionalism with results as well, he is your guy!

Jacob was an incredible resource through the entire home buying process. He understood our needs, was extremely responsive, and helped us through each step of purchasing our first home. Highly recommend working with Jacob!
