My decision to purchase a condo was made at the last minute, but Jaime handled everything seamlessly—from arranging a mortgage lender and home inspector to coordinating with the seller's agent all the way through to closing. He truly went the extra mile to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even after closing, Jami provided a helpful checklist to guide me through the next steps as a new homeowner, which made a big difference. I have known Jaime most of my life as we grew up playing basketball together and went to high school together. When my wife and I were ready to purchase our first home, he was the first person that came to mind. I was fully confident in his knowledge of the area and his familiarity in the home buying process. Jaime Aguilar was a great realtor! My wife and I recently purchased our first home and Jaime was a great help throughout the entire process! I have a very busy work schedule with a lot of overseas travel and Jaime was able to work with us and help us out given our tight schedule for home searching. Additionally, after we purchased our home, Jaime continued to follow up with us for a long time after closing to remind us of important things to do. This was especially helpful as new homeowners. One memorable example is that Jaime reminded us a year later to look into getting another third party home inspector before our one year warranty was up (we purchased a newly built home). Long story short, this inspector ended up finding a small issue that ended up saving us thousands of dollars (both bathtubs were installed incorrectly and had to be replaced) since we caught it before the warranty was up. Jaime was awesome and we defintely want to work with him again in the future!

Jaime was professional, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable—exactly what we needed in a realtor. Buying from out of state, we needed someone hands-on, and Jaime went above and beyond. He didn’t bat an eye when we asked to see the same property multiple times and truly pushed the limits of FaceTime to make sure we saw every corner, closet, and carpet stain. He was endlessly patient, never rushed us, and made sure we felt 100% confident every step of the way. He paid close attention to our likes and dislikes, always looking for opportunities to improve our search, and if he didn’t have the answer to something he made sure to find it right away. Even after our home purchase, he stayed in contact, assuring we were settling in ok and had everything we needed to make our house a home. ❤️ We’d gladly recommend him to all our friends and family!
