Jim Hard

Jim saved me and my family. We were in an impossible dilemma and I was already three months into the process of both buying and selling with another realtor when I sought Jim's assistance. We had gotten zero traction in 3 months and my realtor had located a scant handful of appropriate properties for me to view. None of them were even close to satisfying my needs and I was feeling very hopeless. It took Jim 13 days to have my house under contract with truly wonderful buyers and and a new house picked out with sellers who had accepted my offer. What a difference it makes when you find someone who's motivated and excellent at thier profession. Jim is a truly exceptional professional.
