James Hicks is a exceptional realtor. He took the time to stay in touch with my wife Anne and I even during times when we were not in a position to buy a new home. When our time frame changed, James was realistic about home valuations and kept us from engaging in a "bidding war" for homes listed by transactional realtors. Further, James provided us with garage sale signs, boxes used to pack our small items, and even helped us move! I would not refer another realtor in Fort Collins or N. Colorado.
