When my husband and I found ourselves ready to sell our property it was an easy decision going with Jim again. We had previously used Jim when we purchased our home 6 years prior. We really were impressed with how well Jim presented our home to the market. He hired a professional photographer to take pictures and gave us helpful advice for getting the home ready to show. Jim put our home on the market at the beginning of March. We were in a bit of a unique situation because we needed a delayed closing date for the end of May, due to our timeline of when we would be able to move. Once our house hit the market, Jim had it under contract in 3 days. Unfortunately for us, a few weeks before closing our buyers got cold feet and we found ourselves back on the market. No longer being the hot new home on the market, we were quite concerned we would be leaving the state and not be able to purchase a new home elsewhere because we still owned our original home. The first time we used Jim we were referedd to him by another realtor he and Beatty were very professional and listened to what we wer looking for. So when it came time to sell our homes we went with them again and had sold both homes in a timely manner and and they were very professional to deal with. So when it came time to sell our land there we had no problem working with them and the property was under contract within the week.
