I have know Jim for several years I met him though my dad he helped my dad buy and sell two houses and help my wife sell her house in a slow market. my dad my wife and I are very impressed on how hard he works to get the job done.

He was able to collect all of the specifications that we were looking for and immediately gave us a great list of houses in the area to choose from. He was extremely easy to reach and went out of his way to ensure we would close on our desired date. His negotiation skills were second to none and we were able to get our house for a very reasonable price (especially in the seller's market that we are currently experiencing). He was very confident that he would be able to sell the property He gave me some suggestions which I did some of but not all of the suggestions, but he communicated and worked very well with me. He was willing to listen to my reasoning and was willing to work with me. Once Jim had the property, it sold within a month while the other agent had it listed over 6 months.
