Jim Pitzer handled the sale of our son's house when he got a new job in Florida. He and his family had to move in 3 weeks! Jim was professional, but also personable and had their house sold as soon as it hit the market. My mom's house was a completely different story than our son's. She is in a nursing home, is now a Medicaid recipient, and Medicaid told us we HAD to sell her home (but we also had to clean it out first as she was a hoarder). I contacted Jim because of the way he handled our son's sale. I explained the situation, he said he could help us get it sold, and he did........in 3 days (even though it wasn't completely cleaned out yet)!!!! Then he helped us through the real estate part of the legal quagmire we found ourselves in due to issues with my dad's estate from 17 years ago when he passed away. Jim is the best around and when the time comes for us to sell our house, he will be the one we call.
