He knew what the property would sell for -- and was sold in 3 days! Jim knows his business. When Jim was away, his staff handled things wonderfully. When they needed something from us they were always courteous and respectful of our time, emphasizing they could call back if needed. They are a great team! Jim kept us up-to-date with everything -- and basically walked us through the process. Everything went fairly smooth. He got the job done in 3 days -- that says it all!

As an out of town investor, Jim has always understood my needs and delivered like no one else ever has. He is unbelievably quick in returning calls and responding to emails. He understands my demanding questions (as an Investor) and always approaches the other side in a tough but fair manner. By doing this, I am able to negotiate great deals. Also, his judgement is right on when looking at a property that I cannot initially physically see. I have completed nearly a million dollars in transactions with him in 2 years and will continue.
