Jamie provided us with the information we needed to prep our house for a quick sale. The prep was a lot of work to meet Jamie's recommendations, but was definitely worth it! The property went live at 10:00 PM on Wednesday, we had 6 potential buyers view the house on Thursday, and had 5 offers on Friday. Two of the potential buyers were competing and bidding each other up, so we had a contract for more than our asking price by Friday evening! The inspection and closing process were smooth.
