Jamie Simpson

We were previously working with a different agent for the purchase of this home. We loved our past realtor and had worked with them on the purchase of our first home. Jamie is a close friend and suggested we ask our realtor to take us to see a house she found that fit all of our criteria. This house showed how well she knew us, and it hadn't even shown up in the search results with our previous realtor. Her attention and care really caught our attention. We decided to make a change and began working directly with Jamie. She was exceptional, completely exceeded all expectations, and went the extra mile time after time. She took the time to understand everything we were looking for, answered endless questions, took us on too many house tours to count, and finally helped us land our forever home. We are so in love with where we live and that would not have been possible without Jamie. I will be recommending her to everyone!

Jamie is the type of realtor that everyone looks for but has trouble finding because she is truly one of a kind. Jamie is honest and will listen to what YOU are looking for. Once she understands your vision for a home - she works persistently to make this vision a reality. Jamie is an active partner in the home buying processes unlike some realtors who are just looking to push paperwork for a fast check. I highly recommend Jamie for all of your real estate needs as she was able to get us into our dream home in this incredibly competitive market! - A life Long Client
