Jamie Szeibert is professional from start to finish. We listed a rental property that was by no means an easy sell. He gave us his expert advice, which was accurate when all was said and done. Property was sold within a very reasonable timeline, with great guidance along the way. Jamie and his team will with no doubt be helping us with our next sale.

Jamie is a true gem. He was very knowledgeable and patient helping my husband and I navigate through a fast paced, realestate market. Jamie was always available for questions and recommendations. Jamie is attentive and insightful and was able to find our dream home and property . Jamie was also able to successfully sell our first home with a seamless transition into our new home despite a fluctuating, housing market. Cannot thank Jamie enough for finding us exactly what both my husband I were searching for.... Peace in a busy world !!

Jamie Szeibert is #1. If I could give the Szeibert RealityGroup and Jamie any more stars, I would. He came prepared the day my house was listed and showed me comparable places and how he markets. We came to a price that was compatible. He listened to my ideas. I signed right away because of his knowledge and the respect he showed me. Although my house was not a high-end value, he did not discount me or the listing in any way. The professional pictures were an added bonus. Suprise! Within three days, it sold. Today it closed. If I were buying (I'm older and chose an apartment), a new house, he would be my realtor. I highly recommend him and his group.

Jamie Szeibert and the SRG teams efficiency was remarkable. He expedited our marketing, professional photos, a video tour with a voice-over, printed books, and coordinated viewings, leading to a quick sale. I don't think anyone could have done a better job with the marketing. His proactive approach was evident, we had an open house that attracted a literal traffic jam on the street! Absolutely everything went smoothly, and his experience and dedication to efficiency made the whole process stress-free. If you’re looking for a realtor who delivers an outstanding listing service, Jamie is the one!

Jamie and his team helped us sell our home in under 3 weeks! We are so thankful for all the guidance and assistance they were able to provide us with when searching for our forever home for our growing family An amazing team paired with great marketing and support. We would happily recommend SRG to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jamie and his team sold my house in 2 weeks! I was looking for a specific kind of realtor, and I expected to have to interview several. Jamie was the first one I interviewed and I found what I was looking for. I was on a 6 month + plan, with the idea of putting my house on the market in February/March. Jamie began planning immediately, by sending out the photographer in order to have non-snow-covered exterior photos. His plan was to send in a stager, but in the interim, he gave me tons of great suggestions. As it turned out, circumstances dictated that my house go on the market in early January, so there was no time to get the stager in. However, by just doing the suggestions I was given, my house showed fabulously. Despite being early in January, Jamie had my house sold in 2 weeks, for more than my bottom price. Kudos to Jamie and his team!

As a first time home buyer, Jamie Szeibert and his team made the buying process seem all too easy. Jamie is quite experienced, professional, knowledgeable of the market, provided great guidance and suggestions and importantly was very patient throughout the entire process. The client's satisfaction was Jamie's #1 priority and that made me happy. In addition,Jamie provided if needed good referrals to other professionals that are also critical to the whole process. My overall buying experience was great and I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie and his team to anyone. Thanks again Jamie, good job.

Jamie and his team provided me with information, options, and support from beginning to end in the sale of my home. SRG Realty were proffessional and caring in helping guide me through the process and always available to answer any questions I had. They all truly care about their clients as home owners and it was a very positive experience. Shout out to Brian for his kindness and thoughtfulness as well.

Working with Jamie was amazing, he got our old house sold in under 2 days and found us a great new house! If you’re looking for an agent I highly recommend Jamie!
