She negotiated the best price possible for me, and made sure my interest were looked after in all contracts.

I have previously worked with Jan Benadum. She is highly attentive, quick to respond to my questions and needs, professional, diligent, and courteous. She has been wonderful to work with and I highly recommend!

Jan Benadum did an amazing job and we really appreciate all she did to walk us through the process and answer our million questions. She was always very patient and gracious when working with us. We are very pleased with our sale and getting more than asking price! We would highly recommend Jan to anyone!

Jan provided spectacular service once again. Her dedication and desire to make our house the best it could be for a fast sale at a fair price made our experience seamless. We will continue to refer her team's services any chance we get.

Jan was excellent in all aspects of listing and selling our home. She was punctual and professional at all times. Jan even came to our home before we decided to list to run through different scenarios and offer us advice. I couldn’t imagine going through this process without her. Thanks Jan! You are the best!

Jan Benadum is a phenomenal realtor who has helped us sell and purchase homes over the last 20 years. She is professional, friendly, intelligent , and timely in her communications. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent with insight, experience, and a deep concern for her clients.

Second time working with Jan. Jan is the only real estate agent in Columbus I will work with.
