Jan did an outstanding job helping me to sell my previous home - it went fast, she recommended reliable people to help with small repairs, sometimes waited for the repair people. When I found out she was still an approved broker through my relocation company I asked to have her help me find a house. I sent Jan a couple of places that I searched for online that I thought represented my key requirements, prioritized my list, and Jan came back with a great list of places to show me. Even though I found others that thought met my requirements, it was the first place Jan showed me that was a perfect match. Jan is great to work with - she has a sense of humor, lends her advice and opinions openly. She really makes you feel like you have a friend in the process but also a true advisor to steer you away from that bad decision. Amy also helped me out. She was there to answer questions, help the negotiations, wait with me through the inspections and answer questions on the results. I could tell she and Jan had a great working relationship and no matter who I might be speaking with I was not going to get a different answer and things would not fall through the cracks. A friend from work happened to be selling his house at the time I was coming back to buy. We were exchanging places in our company's offices out of country. We high fived in the car on the way to work when we found out we both were working with Jan. Thanks for everything!
