Jan Goodyear met all the requirements of an outstanding agent. Would definitely hire him again, if I lived in the state of Oklahoma.

A pleasure to work with.

Jan was well organized and very knowledgeable in the selling process! Communication was great!

I have known Mr Goodyear for many years and would always recommend his insight and professionalism to anyone

Jan Goodyear’s experience and expertise are second to none. I have bought and sold multiple properties and would never consider using anyone but Jan and Diane.

Jan Goodyear handled the sale of my home of 22 years and found the perfect home for me to downsize to. I am so pleased with his handling of detail incoordination of the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home on the same day. I have recommended Jan to others and will gladly continue to do so.

Jan has sold and bought for our family in the past years. He has ALWAYS done a super job. I will use him in the future as well.
