I specifically wanted a broker familiar with this area and appreciated the fact that he was a parishioner of the church i planned to attend. His extensive experience with the development i chose was a terrific bonus. Because our transaction was all being done long distance, Jan was involved in 10 months of building and helping us through the process. We had a last minute hiccup on the final inspection so everything changed the week before closing and he made it all happen easily for us to still close on time. Calling him was the smartest decision we could have made This was our 6th home purchase and by far the most complicated, but Jan was supportive every step of the way and we are thrilled to be settled into our last new home.
