Jan Goodyear provided great customer service. Thank you very much Sir. - J

Jan Goodyear is a very professional person and he did a excellent job with all the work that he did on the purchase of our house. He kept us informed on all the steps and where we were in the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Jan and Diane Goodyear are the best I had a lot of questions. The patience, understanding and time given me by both Jan and Diane was wonderful. Jan, Diane and the office staff are so friendly and helpful. Ready to answer any questions. I would very highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a home. My purchase was a long distance purchase from New Jersey to OK. and, I could not have asked for better people than Jan and Diane to help me. Their knowledge of how to do this was excellent ,efficient and was done with the most patience possible. I am so glad when I decided to move to OK. from NJ I was told about the Goodyear's.

Jan (and his wife Diane) were very encouraging through the long process of selling my home which was overbuilt for the neighborhood. They finally found a buyer themselves (not an outside agency) that had the credentials that were certain to close. Jan and Diane were both very good about answering my questions and concerns, and in arranging for and/or making necessary repairs themselves. While I was a little disappointed in the final selling price, I realize that no matter what you put into a house, you are only going to get the average selling price per square foot in a particular area. This is a very valuable lesson going forward.

Jan did a great job helping us get our home bought. Everything was extremely smooth all the way through closing. We will use Jan when we sell our current home. Very professional

Prior to meeting Jan, I was aware that he had many years of experience selling the type and location of real estate I needed to sell. When I contacted him he was able to meet me at the property that day and after meeting with him, I was confident that he was the broker I wanted to work with. Jan had many showings of the property and worked hard with prospective buyers to put a deal together. He also contacted his associates and acquaintances in the real estate investor community in order to widen the marketing effort.

Felt that Jan Goodyear did a great job from initial viewing through and beyond home closing. Was always very responsive. Was knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Love the service, love Jan Goodyear. He was wonderful to us in all areas.
