Jan Goodyear was knowledgable about farm property. He was punctual with paperwork and kept track of when the various aspects of buying the property needed to be done. He was a good communicator who was very helpful and approachable.

He did a great job and listened to what I said and even if he didn't agree or think it was the best course of action he would let me know and why. He seems respected by all affiliated people...other brokers, closing agent, inspection people and even city employees. He made a potential laborious undertaking simple and without trauma.
