I emailed several high profile real estate offices in College Station. I specifically stated my intentions- to purchase or build a home, with a short fuse on decision time. I wanted a high level of knowledge of the area, including trends and future development value areas. I also wanted a response relatively quickly. Jana was the only one that actually called me back that day. I heard from a few others over the next few days. Sorry- too late. We were very fortunate to have met Jana. She is very 3-D. She not only understands the process, but why things work and who gets things done, and she knows dang near everyone in town that gets things done. Her references and understanding of the area are top notch. Really. I have already recommended her to a buddy of mine looking for a nice home on a golf course there. He also speaks highly of her. If you're buying or selling, you want Jana on the job!
